Situated in the heart of Malta’s Capital, Valletta.

The partners working  relationship was set up in 1995, under  the  guidance  of Joseph A. Schembri who  has been  practicing   law  since 1972.  The  firm  is  supported  by  a  legal  procurator as  well  as  by  a  team  of administrative  staff.  The  firm  specializes primarily  in  litigation related to both,  Commercial  and Civil  law matters,  as  well as advising on matters related to corporate and contract law.  The firm is acknowledged to have carved out a leading role within the ambit of litigation.  

The partners  of  the  firm have been invited to  serve  as arbitrators  on  various arbitrations  both local and international. With a view of providing a top notch service to its clients the firm has endeavored to maintain its status of a boutique law firm whereby all of its clients are serviced exclusively by one or both partners of the firm. Believing in quality over quantity and providing a tailor-made service to each individual client. 

From  the  moment  the  firm  takes  on  a  case,  its  aim  is  to  remain  in  control  of the matter, constantly assessing  and  evaluating  each  legal  and  evidential  issue, seeking to reduce the risks, working towards a successful conclusion of each case.  Using  initiative  and established techniques,  the firm strives to settle a case  out  of  court  if  possible  with t he  minimum  of  delays  and expense.  If however a settlement is not possible, the aim is to win effectively, expeditiously and with determination.
